Sophie has learned to crawl. She just flies around the house stopping to destroy whatever may be in her path and picking up weird unidentified objects, like lint and like I said unidentified object, off the floor and trying to stick them in her mouth. I find myself cleaning the floors a lot more often. But I love watching her grow and develop all of these new things. She is quite proud of herself as one might imagine.
And bed time has become a chore because she seems to think that it is playtime instead of sleep time. She thinks we are crazy for putting her to bed instead of letting her crawl around and get into EVERYTHING! She can pull herself to her knees in the crib now, she is also very proud of that as are her mommy and daddy.
The best part is, she has learned that she likes to hide under things. It is so funny to watch because she crawls under something and then pushes herself back and peeks out. SO CUTE! We were at the Dr.'s office today and she was crawling around on the floor and hiding under the chairs in the waiting room.
Today she had a tea party with Pete the penguin. I came downstairs from doing my homework and her daddy had a tea party set up with Pete and Sophie, complete with cups of juice for both of them!
I had a video of her crawling but it won't let me upload it, so, I will try to take another one tomorrow and post it.
